Here at the Simple Health Coach, we aim to simplify one’s health. But if we are going to be honest, mental health in one of those areas that isn’t so simple. With that being said, here is what we want you to know:

1. Everyone is wired differently and their experiences shape the outlook they have on life. We believe that those differences should be embraced and your experiences both past and present should be celebrated. 

2. You are not alone. 

3. You must find a way to love yourself, if you ever want to love someone else. 

4. Focus on what’s within your control. 

5. Your brain is a muscle. It also needs to “workout” in order to be healthy.
